Contract will run from 12/1/2025 to 5/19/2026
. Anticipated hours are 45 hours per week, scheduled 7:00 am–3:30 pm Monday through Friday and 5 hours on Saturday. The role pays $16.28 per hour with overtime paid after 48 hours per week (or 56 hours for peak weeks).

• Perform greenhouse maintenance, including planting, weeding, pruning, and transplanting.
• Operate basic farm equipment such as conveyor belts, pallet jacks, sprayers, and small tractors.
• Handle manual tasks with accuracy and efficiency, lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 50 lb and pushing/pulling racks weighing 50–100 lb.
• Work outdoors in variable weather conditions, maintaining personal protective equipment and cleaning work areas regularly.
• Assist in irrigation, fertilization, and pest‑control applications, including hose or wand use.
• Maintain sanitation of farm and shed facilities, including cleaning bathrooms and sweeping floors.
• Perform miscellaneous agricultural and maintenance duties as directed by a supervisor.

• 0 months of agricultural greenhouse experience required; basic literacy in English or Spanish.
• Must furnish affirmative job references from recent employers.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 50 lb, push/pull wheeled racks weighing 50–100 lb, and work bent, stooped, or crouched for long periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors during light rain, snow, high humidity, and temperature variations up to 100 °F.
• Employer‑paid post‑hire drug testing upon reasonable suspicion.
