Shift Manager

• Lead shifts on a weekly basis to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• For Guest Service Department Manager: guarantee crew and managers deliver excellent service, execute sales promotions, provide training, and keep the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru organized.
• For Kitchen Department Manager: ensure the restaurant delivers quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains staff on production procedures.
• For People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and foster a motivating work environment.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
