• Supervise and support associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, addressing performance and conduct issues.
• Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection, and compliance with policies and regulations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of retail sales/customer service experience; management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours.
