Area Manager - Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, HMSC)
Location: 22700 E I-76 FRONTAGE RD, SUITE 200, BRIGHTON, CO , United States.
Base pay range: $72,050.00/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and or in writing e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, safety.
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitoring associate compliance; distributing and maintaining procedures and support documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or provide recommendations for resolution.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling logistics and company policies and procedures; identifying training and development needs; participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.

- Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
