Assistant Manager – 530 W Bromley
Team Wow is hiring an Assistant Manager for our 530 W Bromley location as part of our Management Training Program. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage store operations from opening to closing.
Responsibilities- Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
- Lead and manage a team of 5–12 crew members, including scheduling, staffing, and coaching.
- Ensure accurate cost controls, inventory control, and cash control during every shift.
- Maintain customer relations, quality standards, and a perfect image of the store.
- Oversee food management, food safety, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability, and ensure proper signage, marketing displays, and good customer service.
- Attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, and adherence to a flexible schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in retail or food service with proven leadership skills.
- Strong communication, math, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, process telephone orders, and complete inventory paperwork.
- Skill in operating a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication.
- Ability to work within a demand-based schedule, manage time, and meet strict quality standards.
- Must live in or near the Denver metro area.

- Bulk product deliveries may be unloaded by hand truck; items up to 50 lb.
- Carrying, pushing, and pulling trays, ingredients, or supplies; some components weigh 12–30 lb.
- Climbing occasional stairs or ladders for maintenance or storage.
- Repeated reaching, bending, squatting, and stooping for kitchen and front counter duties.
Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle may be required for delivery duties. This role participates in the Management Training Program and offers a direct path to the General Manager position.
