Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate Sales Leadership:
    Set a high benchmark in sales, inspiring your team with your results.
  • Focus on Mentorship:
    Utilize your leadership and training background to nurture new talent, sharing your knowledge and passion in the field.
  • Sustain Sales Engagement:
    Balance your mentorship role with ongoing personal sales, demonstrating effective leadership through active participation.
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or in interactive roles.
  • Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
  • Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
  • Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
  • Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Has an active driver's license and reliable transportation.
