Maintenance Technician

• Tackle mechanical, electrical, and industrial repairs on production equipment with precision.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints with confidence.
• Expertise in PLC troubleshooting, electrical controls, and conveyor systems.
• Familiarity with motors, installation, and industrial maintenance.
• Skilled use of hand tools and fabrication experience.

• Begin with 3–4 weeks of hands‑on training during the day shift alongside experienced leads. (Standard shifts run 8–10 hours starting at 6:00 AM.)
• Join a close‑knit maintenance team of six, where covering shifts is voluntary and teamwork drives success.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 – $37.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
