Concrete Laborer

Seeking Concrete Laborers in Brighton, CO – Overtime Opportunities!

Location: Brighton, CO

Schedule: Start times between 5:30 AM and 8:00 AM, work until the work is completed.

Environment: Indoor/outdoor, variable weather conditions, overtime and occasional Saturdays during peak season.

Join our team at a concrete plant where you’ll help set, fill, and grate forms, maintain cleanliness, and support efficient production. This role requires physical work, attention to detail, and teamwork.

• Set, fill, and grate concrete forms
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with stripping, setup, and pouring concrete beds
• Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members
• Support quality control and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling)
• Adapt to various work areas and complete special projects as needed

• Must have experience in concrete finishing or sheetrock
• Must be able to use hand tools and tape measure
• Comfortable working in dusty environments and variable weather
• Flexible start times (5:30 AM–8:00 AM)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $23.00/hr.
