As a Tire Technician at Belle Tire, you play a vital role in keeping life moving for our customers by delivering expert tire services—including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations—in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment focused on safety and quality.

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high‑quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑first mindset.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair.

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.

This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Work hours vary, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. The workshop setting is fast‑paced and includes physical demands such as extended standing and heavy lifting.
