Your Role

Projects include water main, sanitary sewer systems and water/wastewater treatment facilities and paving.

• Maintenance of daily reporting of measurements, calculations and computation of quantities as well as written narratives of work completed
• Ensuring conformance with contract documents
• Performance of daily observation and documentation of construction activities, including those of subcontractor activities
• Maintaining redline drawings for conforming to construction record drawings
• Position requires public engagement for access and progress updates
• Site liaison between owner and contractor
• Adherence to company policies, including safety, public relations and employment

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• This position could require periodic travel, approximately 15% or more

Physical Requirements

• This position may require protracted or irregular hours depending on the season.
• Traverse over rough terrain, and constantly position self to operate miscellaneous survey equipment.
• Occasionally ascend/descend ladders into trenches or onto roofs when observing construction and land development sites.
• May be subject to exposure to extreme outdoor weather conditions, hazardous materials and chemicals, heavy construction equipment, confined spaces, heights, and air and waterborne pathogens.
• May handle and move items up to 50 lbs. for various needs.
