Requirements and Responsibilities- Reliable and dependable
- Willing to work extensive hours
- Drug-free
- Ability to shovel, tamp, and sealcoat
- Experience as an asphalt raker, roller, screw man, or CDL license is a plus
- Machine operation skills including skid steer, loader, and backhoe
