Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 per year

We’re a Brighton-based General Contractor and Construction Manager with decades of experience delivering high-quality projects across Southeast Michigan. From early design involvement to project closeout, our approach is hands‑on, detail‑driven, and centered on doing the right thing for our community.

Qualifications &

Primary Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1‑3 years of experience in commercial or institutional construction preferred
• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination, scheduling, and documentation
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability
• Track RFI and submittal logs; support procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication with field and office teams
• Help manage cost tracking, change orders, and progress reports
• Uphold safety, quality, and schedule goals on every project
