Senior Project Manager – Industrial Construction

• Lead high-profile industrial and manufacturing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Manage industrial construction projects from planning through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead communication with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and project execution.
• Monitor project costs and profitability while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate design reviews, constructability evaluations, and value engineering efforts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support future business opportunities.

• 8+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, processing, energy, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and trade partners.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Design-build experience is a plus.
