As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating and managing service calls for our technicians. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, assigning technicians to jobs based on location and expertise, and ensuring timely responses to customer requests. You’ll communicate directly with customers and service personnel, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise during service visits. Additionally, you'll maintain records of service calls, track job progress, and optimize routes to enhance efficiency.
Your work will ensure customers receive prompt, effective service, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:Experience
- 1+ year of dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
- Trades or service industry experience a plus
- Service Titan or similar dispatch/CRM software experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Sitting for extended periods, typing, and using a headset
- Office-based, fast-paced environment
- May require occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call availability
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
