Adam and Brittany Eidson with a vision of helping patients to discover a healthier, more confident life! We are seeking a motivated Associate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to become part of our dynamic team. Our state-of-the-art facility in Brighton, with expansion to a second location in Lansing, offers an exceptional environment for both new and experienced surgeons to thrive.
Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a full-scope practice with access to an in-house operating room. We provide mentorship for new surgeons and abundant resources for established surgeons to excel. Our practice is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a cutting-edge, supportive environment.
Key Highlights:
- Full-Scope Practice: Engage in a wide range of oral and maxillofacial procedures including all-on-X, orthognathic, TMJ and cosmetic surgery if desired.
- In-House OR: Perform surgeries in our modern, fully equipped operating room.
- Mentorship & Growth: Tailored support for new surgeons and opportunities for established surgeons to expand their practice.
- Flexible Schedule: Choose between 3-5 days per week to suit your lifestyle.

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
- Valid Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong commitment to patient care and collaboration.
- New graduates and experienced surgeons are welcome to apply.
