Mathnasium of Brighton is currently hiring Math Instructor/Tutors! Join our team! Are you passionate about inspiring minds and making a difference through education? In this role, you will empower students from kindergarten to 12th grade by delivering engaging, personalized instruction in mathematics. Your enthusiasm for teaching, combined with your expertise in various math topics, will help students build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

• Teach / tutor in‑center in Brighton, Michigan using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
• All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check
• Previous Mathnasium work experience is preferred but not required

• Part‑time, flexible role: 5‑20 hours per week. Instructional hours are:
  Weekdays 3‑7 PM
• Salary: $15‑17 per hour, based on experience
• Referral program
