We are currently hiring for a Pursuit Leader – EPB & Foundation Brakes

Location
: Brighton, MI
- Lead major Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) and foundation brake business pursuits in North America.
- Drive the entire pursuit cycle: opportunity identification, technical alignment, customer engagement, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Act as the technical and commercial interface with OEM customers, ensuring BWI solutions meet performance, cost, and timing requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key NA OEMs and Tier-1 partners to position BWI as a preferred brake system supplier.
- Collaborate with global engineering, product management, and sales teams to define pursuit strategies and execute go-to-market plans.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to refine business pursuit strategies.
- Ensure seamless handover from pursuit to program execution, supporting launch success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Strong technical background in foundation brakes and EPB systems — including design, performance, validation, and vehicle integration.
- Proven track record of leading successful business pursuits in the automotive sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to balance technical trade-offs with business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to influence at all levels internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Engineering or MBA.
- 5+ years of experience in braking systems engineering, program management, or business development.
- Established network and customer relationships with major North American OEMs.
- Familiarity with automotive sourcing processes, RFQ/RFI management, and cost modeling.
- Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Required Travel: up to 30%
