Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Brighton, Michigan, United States
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians who will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Our goal is to help each child reach their full potential within a collaborative team environment. Comprehensive training is provided to prepare you for success, including those without prior experience.

Pay Range: $17 - $20
Responsibilities- Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress with data collection as directed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in ongoing training and supervision.
- Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children and families.
- Passionate about helping children with autism.
- Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
- 18+ years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a tuberculosis test (if not current within the last year).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, kneel, etc.).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
