Measure and record client vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, ensuring timely communication with healthcare professionals as needed;
Aid clients with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, or lifts;
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment;
Help clients manage their health by providing medication reminders and monitoring for any changes in their condition;
