About the RoleAs a Care Leader, you will work closely with the Care Coordinator and Scheduling Team to support both clients and caregivers. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, supporting transitions, and ensuring consistency in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure consistent, high-quality care for all assigned clients
- Step in to support or cover shifts when unexpected changes occur
- Lead new client starts, including caregiver introductions and shift kick-offs
- Support and mentor caregivers in the field
- Act as a communication bridge between clients, caregivers, and office staff
- Reinforce company standards through leadership and example
You are confident in your ability to perform care across all service levels including companion, personal, and high-acuity care, support clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia, safely use gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and sit-to-stand lifts, and walk into any client environment, review the care plan, and execute care effectively.
Qualifications:
2 plus years of caregiving experience and HHA or CNA preferred
- Lead by example through professionalism and quality care
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers in the field
- Reinforce best practices and company standards
This is a development role with a pathway to a Care Coordinator Assistant position.
