LPN Nurse – $33.55 per hour (Full Time, Days)

As an LPN, you will be part of our skilled nursing team providing specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess needs and deliver care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Starting wage $30.15 per hour

• 12‑hour shifts (rotating weekends & some holidays)
• Day Shift 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Full‑time position

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications per physician orders and advise patients and families about medication changes and treatment plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care focused on patients’ physiologic and psychosocial well‑being.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team—assigning duties, providing training, and contributing to performance evaluations.

• Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan (required) and current CPR certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• Strong analytical ability to develop personalized care plans and solve complex problems.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and commitment to delivering passion‑driven care.
