• Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation; focus on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.
• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections.
• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit, and influence with moments that matter.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; promote loyalty programs and credit services; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Support the shipment process and omni order fulfilment, including in-store and curbside pick-up.
