On the sales floor:

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively
• Provide bra fit expertise by asking effective questions
• Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales

Cash wrap duties:

• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items
• Recover cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs”

Processing and replenishment:

• Process merchandise to floor‑ready status and maintain backroom and under‑stock to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise to ensure product is available for purchase
• Assist with projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets and out‑of‑stock processes

Floorset activity:

• Execute floorset proficiently
• Understand and adhere to brand standards
• Assist with backroom and under‑stock maintenance to enable efficient replenishment

All associate roles at Victoria’s Secret are responsible for:

• Driving top line store sales results and growing the business through action and productivity
• Maintaining a focus on bras as the premier product differentiator, building loyalty and supporting our “Best at Bras” culture
• Preparing for each shift by maintaining awareness of sales, promotions and ringing procedures
• Taking initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, ensuring availability to sell
• Understanding and adhering to visual merchandising brand standards
• Assisting in housekeeping of the sales floor and communicating maintenance issues
• Keeping an awareness of, and building capability in, loss prevention
• Reinforcing store strategy to reduce shrink
• Supporting all activities related to providing a safe working environment
• Understanding and demonstrating company values
• Building loyalty through our Rewards Program
• Handling lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds and frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks

Minimum Salary: $13.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $15.75 per hour
