AMaintenance&Setup Associatesupportsdailyproductionbysettingup,adjusting,andmaintainingequipmenttoensuresafe,efficient,andhigh-quality operations.
Thisroleperformsmachinechangeovers,makesequipmentadjustmentstomeetproductspecifications,troubleshootsissuesduringproduction,andsupportspreventivemaintenanceactivities.
Successinthisrolerequiresmechanicalaptitude,attentiontodetail,flexibility,andastrongcommitmenttosafetyandqualityinafast-paced environment.
- Pay:$22perhour
- Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 8:30 PM - 7:00AM - Full-time,40hoursperweek
- Overtime Available

- Operateequipmentundersupervisionwhilefulfillingallsafetyandjobexpectationsrelatedtomaterialhandlingequipment(MHE).
- Demonstrateawarenessofbasicequipmentandrepairprinciples,including electrical,mechanical,plumbing,anddrivesystems.
- Understandmachineoperationrequirementstoavoidnegativeimpactonproductionorequipment.
- Executeequipmentoperationsastrainedandfollowdefinedreactionplanstopreventpersonalinjuryorproductdamage.
- Learnhowoperationalactivitiescontributetodata,technology,andoverallorganizationalperformance.
- Understandindividualperformanceexpectationsandhowtheyrelatetodepartmentaldeliverables.
- Supportdepartmentobjectivesthatdrivecapacity,volume,andcustomerrequirements.
- Workcollaborativelywithpeerstoensurecomplianceandidentifypotentialrisks.
- Followallenvironmental,health,andsafetyrequirementsandsupportthepreventionandidentificationofpotentialhazards.
- Understandhowdailyworkcontributestoriskreductionandminimizesimpactonsurroundingoperationsandenvironments.
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired.
- 1yearoffunctionaloroperationalexperiencepreferred.
- Willingnesstolearnandgrowundersupervisioninafast-paced environment.
- Abilitytofollowinstructions,standard work,andsafetyprocedures.
- Basicawarenessorinterestinequipmentoperationandmaintenanceconcepts.
- Strongattentiontosafety,quality,and teamwork.

- Thisjobrequiresphysicalactivitysuchaslifting,moving boxes,operating equipment,standing,walkingorblendingforextendedperiodsoftime.
