Join D1 TRAINING as a Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor and help athletes of all ages reach their fitness goals in a flexible, part‑time role.

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Coach group fitness classes, personal training, and team‑based training (15‑20 hours/week).
• Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements to suit each individual.
• Exhibit passion, expertise, high energy, positive attitude, strong character, and outstanding customer service.
• Start and finish workouts on time.
• Assess and align each member with the proper program.
• Build and maintain relationships with each D1 member.
• Deliver accurate, industry‑leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition.
• Teach proper form and technique and keep all athletes safe.

• Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
• At least one valid NCCA‑accredited certification
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning‑related experience in a group, team, or personal training setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
