Hotel Sales and Networking Executive

Join Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA as a Hotel Sales and Networking Executive at the Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel. You’ll be the proactive force behind the hotel’s growth, identifying and securing new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments, building and nurturing strong relationships, representing the hotel at networking events, and collaborating with marketing and operations to deliver compelling proposals and campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure and MICE segments.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver compelling proposals and campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Report on pipeline and performance to senior leadership.

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within hospitality or a service‑led industry.
  • Confidence in communication, negotiation and presentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Team player who collaborates across departments to deliver results.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
