Omnia Resourcing is a growing recruitment agency based in Bradley Stoke. We're on the lookout or an organised and detail-focused Payroll Administrator to join our friendly team.

The Role

You'll process weekly payroll for a large temporary workforce, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting our consultants, candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Processing weekly payroll accurately and to deadlines
Managing timesheets and resolving payroll queries
Sending timesheets and costings for client approval
Adding new starters to the payroll system
Updating spreadsheets and maintaining records
Liaising with consultants, candidates and clients

About You

Payroll administration experience (recruitment experience desirable)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using spreadsheets and IT systems
Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
