A medium sized PQS construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office.
The Quantity Surveyor's roleThe Quantity Surveyor will work on a diverse range of projects across an array of different project sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, residential and more.
Day to day the Quantity Surveyor will have a diverse set of responsibilities such as, cost management, estimating and face to face work with clients and more.
The Quantity Surveyor- Quantity Surveyor degree or similar
- At least 4 years' experience working within a PQS environment
- Confident in completing a project from inception to completion with little support
- Experience working within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Car + driving licence
- Working toward MRICS
- £40,000 - £50,000
