** The Role
**** You will:*
* • Teach Humanities across Key Stage 3, with Geography as a specialist subject. The ability or willingness to teach additional Humanities subjects would be advantageous.
• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and inclusive lessons.
• Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively.
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes high expectations and excellent behaviour.
• Contribute to the continued development of the Humanities curriculum.
• Participate fully in the wider life of the school.

* • Is a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
• Has a strong subject knowledge and passion for Geography and Humanities.
• Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners.
• Can inspire, motivate and challenge students of all abilities.
• Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to the school community.
