We are seeking enthusiastic, caring and adaptable Learning Partners to provide flexible support within a welcoming and inclusive primary school setting local to Patchway
. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with a particular focus on 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This role is ideal for experienced teaching assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, support workers, or anyone with a passion for helping children learn, grow and succeed.

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs.
• Deliver small group interventions to support learning and development.
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence.
• Support children's academic, social and emotional progress.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to create positive learning experiences.
• Adapt to different year groups and classroom environments as required.

• Has a positive, patient and nurturing approach.
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Is flexible, reliable and willing to support where needed.
• Has experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
• Is passionate about inclusion and helping every child succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
