A leading defence technology organisation is seeking a Mission Systems Engineer to join their dynamic international team, delivering mission planning products for key domestic and export customers. This role offers hands‑on experience with operational mission planning equipment and the chance to work across the full product lifecycle.

Please note this role requires you to have British Citizenship

• Contribute to requirements capture, design freezes, system integration, and testing through to full product verification and certification.
• Collaborate closely with UK and French Systems and Software teams, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure robust design and validation.
• Engage directly with customers and end‑users, providing insights and feedback for operational products.
• Work across all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial concept through in‑service support and customer training.

• Strong understanding of the systems engineering process, ideally with full lifecycle experience.
• Experience with requirements capture and control tools (e.g., DOORS) and configuration management.
• Proven ability to communicate and work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in technical problem solving.
• Understanding of mission planning principles is advantageous.
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
