Electrical & Electronics Engineers —
Location:
Bristol, Derby or Solihull. Rolls-Royce is seeking Electrical & Electronics Engineers to support a range of current and future opportunities across our Defence business. Our Electrical & Electronics teams are responsible for the design, integration and development of advanced electrical systems that support the operation, control and performance of aerospace products. These teams play a critical role in enabling future technologies and next-generation power systems.
We are interested in hearing from engineers with experience in electrical systems, electronics, power systems and electrical integration.

- Electrical Design & Development
- Electrical, Electronic or related Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in electrical systems, electronics or power engineering
- Understanding of system integration and engineering development processes
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Experience with in complex engineering environments is advantageous

Security & ComplianceTo work for the Rolls-Royce Defence Early Life Cycle business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets we can only progress applications from individuals who are a UK national or, in MoD approved cases, a dual national.
Selection& Assessments
As part of our selection process, candidates in certain locations may be asked to complete an online assessment, which can include cognitive and behavioural aptitude testing relevant to the role. If required, full instructions for the next steps will be provided.
