Location: Filton
World Class Defence Organisation in Bristol seeks a Command & Control Sub-System Engineering Lead on a substantive contract. You will lead a multi‑functional team, capture subsystem requirements, and drive the C2 architecture while managing risks and reporting on progress.
The role requires strong senior systems engineering experience in defence or aerospace, with hands-on leadership and cross‑functional collaboration. Hybrid onsite 3–4 days, initial 6 months with likely extension.
