About the Opportunity

60 are supoorting a leading aerospace engineering and manufacturing organisation in the recruitment of an experienced Finance Business Partner to support high‑value procurement activity within a complex, fast‑paced operational environment. This position will play a key role in providing financial insight, commercial support, and strategic guidance to procurement teams.

Operating as part of a wider transnational function, you will work closely with category leads to influence commercial strategy, support tendering decisions, evaluate supplier negotiations, and ensure robust financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Finance Business Partner to procurement operational teams, providing financial advice and commercial insight.
Lead financial assessment for tender processes and analyse the impact of procurement decisions.
Support supplier negotiations, claims, and commercial reviews.
Manage annual budget cycles, quarterly forecasts, and operational financial planning.
Produce accurate financial reporting, highlighting risks and performance trends.
Challenge operational performance and support continuous improvement across procurement activities.
Support investment cases and project proposals with detailed financial evaluation.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) with 5+ years' post‑qualification experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
Strong background in finance business partnering within large organisations.
Experience working in operational finance teams with strong analytical and communication skills.
SAP experience or familiarity with similar financial systems.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Commercial negotiation capability and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
