Head of Financial Operations Core3 is delighted to be working with a growing, private equity-backed business to recruit a Head of Financial Operations to join its finance leadership team. As Head of Financial Operations, you'll lead a critical function while helping shape the future of finance through a major systems transformation.

You'll combine operational leadership with continuous improvement, driving efficiencies, strengthening controls, and creating scalable processes that support the next phase of the business's growth. How you'll make an impact Lead the day-to-day financial operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Banking Own working capital performance, cash flow forecasting, and treasury activities Drive financial control across transactional finance processes Lead the implementation of a new finance system, supporting process design, testing, and successful delivery Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency Oversee month-end activities across the transactional finance function Support audit requirements and maintain a strong control environment Develop and lead a high-performing transactional finance team Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve finance processes and performance Prepare the finance function for the future integration of payroll Why you're a great fit Significant experience leading transactional finance or financial operations teams Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash management, treasury, and financial controls Experience leading finance transformation or ERP implementation projects Proven ability to improve processes, automate activities, and strengthen financial controls Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset What you'll get in return As Head of Financial Operations, you'll join a business where you'll have the opportunity to influence how finance operates while playing a key role in its continued growth.
