60 is seeking a talented individual to manage and monitor purchase orders, ensuring alignment with their clients requirements based in Filton.

Our client is one of the world's largest aerospace and defence corporations, operating globally across commercial aviation, helicopters, defence, and space systems.

To succeed in this position, you must be experienced in using SAP and have a strong understanding of supply chain management.

A keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

• Manage and monitor purchase orders to ensure alignment to requirements
• Optimise ordering parameters (safety stock/safety time, batch size, reorder point) in line with influencing factors (delivery performance, quality performance, economic order quantity, demand fluctuation)
• Manage reordering tasks after rejection, scrap/damages
• Monitor and manage delivery forecasts and 'line of balance' through regular interaction with suppliers
• Participate in supplier performance reviews/provide performance feedback to supplier where required
• Follow-up and support troubleshooting for delivery issues, Goods receipt, Technical/Administrative quality notice and invoices
• Analyse MRP and Supply External Product exception messages
• Where required monitor supplier stock and support the Scrap/Sell/transfer process

Mandatory: Experience in using SAP and experience in supply chain

The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a pay rate of £30.69 per hour for an Umbrella contract or £22.94 per hour for a PAYE contract.

The role is based in Filton, with a minimum of 60% onsite work required.

The position is initially for a duration of 27/11/2026, with the potential for extension.
