Loss Prevention Advisor

As a Loss Prevention Advisor you will help deliver our goal of keeping customers, associates and assets safe. You will work closely with the store team to protect product and assets through investigations, analysis and feedback, deliver conflict resolution, and ensure loss awareness remains a top priority through coaching, validation, influence and support.

Expect a balance of customer‑facing activity and behind‑the‑scenes work to carry out the role effectively. You will also jointly educate store associates on the Loss Prevention agenda and best practices.

You will handle external theft situations professionally and safely. The ideal candidate is self‑driven, engaging, resilient and focused to make a difference. Experience in dealing with Shrink and Crime Resolution in a fast‑paced retail security environment is ideal but not essential.

We will support you with necessary technical training and an in‑depth programme of training at the start.
