Store Service Manager
, you’ll play a key role in a busy, sales-focused team. You'll help drive sales, support colleagues through training and development, and contribute to exciting projects and improvements across the store. Working closely with customers from their first showroom visit through to installation and aftercare, you'll deliver excellent service, resolve any issues efficiently, and help ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience.

- Provide outstanding customer service and a 5-star experience
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and regional partners
- Stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities to grow the showroom
- Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
- Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
- A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Experience with building great working relationships across teams
- Being proactive around the market trends and competitors
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
