At Securitas, as a Security Response Officer, you step into a dynamic, impactful role. You are a trusted protector, a first responder, and a vital part of a world‑class team safeguarding a prestigious site.

You will need to be fully flexible, covering days, nights, and weekends. Whether patrolling key areas, managing access control or serving as the reassuring face clients rely on, every shift brings new challenges and opportunities.

As a Security Response Officer you can earn a £3,300 training bonus, paid in monthly increments as you complete comprehensive onsite training in your first year, after which you’ll be supported to thrive from day one.

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Responding to medical incidents
• Being part of a highly trained Rescue Team for emergency situations
• Preventing unauthorised access to the site
• Conducting internal and external security patrols
• Managing keys, locking and unlocking duties
• Traffic control, vehicle searches and enforcing parking rules
• Handling security equipment and carrying out routine tests
• Managing access control and issuing Hot Works permits

We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative and wants to grow. Ideally you will have:

• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history
• SIA Licence
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (17.5‑inch headspace)
• Proactive, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented

Due to the nature of this opportunity, candidates must be able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) clearance.
