Position: Traffic Marshall (Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Part Time)

We’re currently recruiting reliable, experienced Traffic Marshalls to join leading construction and civil engineering contractors across Bristol and surrounding areas. Work is available on a range of active sites, offering consistent hours and ongoing opportunities.

Role Overview :
Traffic Marshall duties may include:

* Managing vehicle and pedestrian movements on site

* Ensuring site access and egress are controlled safely

* Communicating clearly with plant operators and site teams

* Maintaining safe working areas in line with site procedures

* Supporting overall site safety and logistics

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall

* Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket

* NPORS or CPCS ticket preferred

* Strong awareness of health and safety regulations

* Reliable work ethic and clear communication skills

* Valid CSCS card

* Own PPE
