Counterbalance Forklift Operator
£13.85 per hour | Monday to Friday | Rotating Shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) | Temp to Perm | Immediate Start | Patchway (BS34)
Role Details of a Counterbalance Forklift Operator- Location:
Patchway (BS34) - Hours:
Monday to Friday - rotating weekly (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) - Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour

Immediate - Contract:
Temporary to Permanent
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift (valid, expired or in‑house licences accepted)
- Picking, packing and general warehouse duties
- Managing Goods In / Goods Out processes
- Using warehouse systems for stock checks, booking in/out and updating inventory
- Maintaining racking, stock rotation and warehouse organisation
- Supporting manual handling tasks, including occasional heavy lifting
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred
- Valid, expired or in‑house Counterbalance licence accepted
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and safety‑conscious
- Basic IT skills, including:
- Using tablets and scanners for stock control
- Navigating an ERP system for bookings and inventory updates
- Inputting quantities, measurements and material data
- Completing digital warehouse bookings
- Temp‑to‑perm role with long‑term stability
