Overview

Lens Crafters, with over 900 locations, is the largest optical retailer in North America. An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor''s office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice.
• Work within the practice of a Subleasing Doctor; autonomy to care for patients subject to professional discretion and agreement.
• Participate in a fully furnished office with OD equipment and optional digital eye examination technology (e.g., Clarifye).
• Utilize available imaging and pre-testing support (e.g., Optomap when offered).

• Professional autonomy with no company-imposed quotas.
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule.
• Fully furnished office with comprehensive OD equipment; potential access to digital imaging and pre-testing support.
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
• Affiliation with Luxottica; extensive network and global presence.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, within a total rewards package.
