Student Behavioral Support Aide (1 YR ONLY)
SCHOOL
:
Ivy Drive School
Seeking a non-certified individual to support students’ social-emotional learning, helping prevent disruptions to learning and promoting positive attendance. This role works under the direction of a certified educator, school counselor, or school psychologist.
Key Responsibilities- Support students’ social-emotional learning and behavior management
- Assist in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce SEL strategies
- Follow guidance from certified educators, school counselors, or psychologists
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to supervising staff
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience working with students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement guidance and support student growth in social-emotional areas
RATE
: $18.18/hr
HOURS
: 6.5 Hours Per Day (9:00am to 3:30pm)
