- Adjust resource allocation (labor, materials, vendors) to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Lead internal and external teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, efficient resource management, and timely project execution.
- Monitor costs during outages, identify budget overruns, and recommend corrective actions or cost-saving measures.
- Perform risk assessments and manage potential project delays, safety hazards, or environmental concerns.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring the timely and successful completion of outage projects.
- To minimize downtime, establish preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for key WtE plant systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow best practices and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Ensure outage work adheres to Reworld’s safety policies, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead compliance efforts to maintain air quality and meet air pollution control standards during outages.
- Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessments to ensure the safety of personnel during outage operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to procure resources for outage projects.
- Develop and manage outage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency and effective resource use.
- Track project expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Maximize plant uptime and minimize downtime to optimize overall operations and project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
