Team Lead – Vulnerability Management

Looking for professional, organized individual to join our Patching and Vulnerability Remediation team at our location in Orlando, FL.

• The resource will take over the primary communication for the Vulnerability Management team to coordinate with server/application owners to schedule the patching and rebooting of the servers.
• The resource will also be responsible for communicating with C-Level Executive – Jennifer Schwartz.
• The resource is responsible for running and reviewing reports from the Shared Workbook to determine the team’s priorities and workload.
• The resource will manage GIS expectations by attending team calls and meetings, providing weekly status reports showing progress, showing trends, listing challenges/obstacles and projecting trends.
• The resource is providing reporting and status updates on “Business as Usual” vulnerability management and CISA vulnerability management operations.
• The resource should be technically capable of assisting the team in patching and troubleshooting.

• Very strong communication skills – Email, Verbal, Chat, Etc.
• Strong Data Analysis tools.
• Advanced Excel Skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Etc.
• Report Development and formal summarization and presentation.
• Change Management and Service Incident Management System experience.
• Incident and Escalation workflow management.
