At Precision Threaded Products, headquartered in Bristol CT, we manufacture a variety of aerospace fasteners. Due to company growth, we are looking to bring on a CNC Machnist to join our team and will consider individuals with varying levels of experience.

In this role, the CNC Machinist is expected to:
- Set-up and operate multi-axis machines
- Work with blueprints, operation sheets, and other instructions
- Load material, deburr and inspect parts for conformance to print requirements
- Communicate with supervisor, engineers, quality and other shop personnel to resolve machining or quality issues
- Perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe working environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Must be able to setup, optimize feed & speeds, operate and troubleshoot
- Familiarity with Mitsubishi & Fanuc controls
- Experience independently programming CNC Swiss Machine a plus but not required
- Experience working with Inconel and A-286 materials a plus
- Experience utilizing standard gauges and inspection techniques including documentation
- Experience selecting, setting and changing tools
- Experience with inspection documentation is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing aerospace threaded components and/or other close tolerance parts is a plus
