The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford Health Care, is hiring a Full-Time LPN for our Outpatient Clinic in Connecticut. Shift is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends or holidays.
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN delivers direct patient care, assists with the physician’s plan of care, and coordinates care and community resources. Bi-lingual English/Spanish or English/Polish speakers are preferred.
