- Oversee all restaurant activities during the shift, ensuring smooth store operations and adherence to company standards.
- Interact with guests, supervise staff, handle cash management, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Work hands-on as needed and partner with the Management Team to execute the business plan.
- Provide training to others and resolve issues promptly while enforcing policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates self-awareness and ability to motivate self and others.
- Proactively seek and accept feedback.
- Understand the impact of job responsibilities on Guests, Team, and Restaurant Operations.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards for service, food quality, and safety.
- Create a supportive environment for team members to excel.
- Interact with guests and resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
- Treat employees with respect and recognition.
- Manage sales and labor tracking within Rackson systems.
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed by others.
- Adhere to food and cash control guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards to uphold brand image.
- Plan and execute shift operations efficiently.
- Follow company guidelines for cost control and resource utilization.
- Lead with empathy, fairness, and a focus on teamwork.

- Support the success of the business hands-on as needed, including preparing food, serving guests, cleaning the store, or other duties.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
- Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
- English communication is required;
Spanish comprehension is helpful. Fundamental requirements include reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills. - Strong leadership skills, including leading by example and remaining calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and loop in the right stakeholders for support when needed.
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make others happy and serve one another.
- Respectful and caring treatment of others.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal communication in Spanish and/or English.
- Self-motivated and action-oriented.
- Attitude that embraces learning.
- Willingness to admit mistakes, take accountability, and fix issues.
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts; dependable and reliable.
- Reliable transportation to work and to company outside events/meetings.
- Able to work a variety of days/times including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical requirements:
Lift, move, carry, and stack cartons up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods; frequent bending and reaching; exposure to varying temperatures; hazards include slips, trips, burns, cuts, and falls. - Reasonable accommodations:
