Healthcare Customer Support

• Schedule:
  
  8am-4:30pm & 11:30am-8pm (multiple schedules available)
• Pay Rate: $17.45-$19/hour

• On site gym and cafeteria
• Free parking & easily accessible by public transit

• Handle inbound calls from patients and providers
• Live document calls to update patient files
• Assist patients with medication requests

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ years of previous customer service or medical experience
• Call center experience preferred
