The Global Program Manager (GPM), Director leads cross-functional program management for Pfizer assets, overseeing strategy execution from pre-clinical to lifecycle management. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with at least 7 years
- mastery in drug development, program management, and strategic planning
- proficiency in AI technologies
- experience in cross-functional leadership within biopharma
Involvement in multi-indication assets, spanning preclinical to late-stage development, with emphasis on integrated planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
